Arcast Materials Terms and Conditions

As part of any Purchase Order related to AS9100D issued from Arcast Materials, the following terms and conditions apply:

1. The supplier shall maintain a Quality Management System that adequately ensures all products and/or services will meet the specified requirements.
2. Suppliers shall not subcontract any part of the order without the knowledge and approval of Arcast Materials.
3. Suppliers shall notify Arcast Materials of any non-conforming product.
4. Suppliers (and their employees) are required to prevent the use of counterfeit parts by ensuring that persons are aware of:
1. their contribution to product or service conformity
2. their contribution to product safety
3. the importance of ethical behavior
5. Suppliers agree to notify Arcast Materials of changes to product, process or services, including changes of their external providers and any significant changes to the suppliers facilities or organization that could impact this order.
6. Suppliers agree to flow down to external providers applicable order requirements to any approved subcontractors.
7. Suppliers agree to retain documented information, for a minimum of three years.
8. Arcast Materials will have right of access to applicable areas of the facilities and applicable documented information related to this order.
9. Suppliers shall periodically review the above terms and Conditions as these may be modified without additional notification.
